Houston Hull Cleaners is a new company founded by NASA divers with a simple mission; to provide the best hull cleaning and marine service for your boat. We take pride in our work, and believe in putting our people first.
Founded in April 2024, Houston Hull Cleaners was born out of our deep love for the water and a desire to connect with fellow enthusiasts. We understand the frustration that comes with not being able to fully enjoy your time on the water due to maintenance issues. We recognize the importance of keeping your vessel in top condition. Our mission is simple: to ensure that you can make the most of your time on the water by providing meticulous boat cleaning services.
We go beyond just cleaning – we provide you with a comprehensive report detailing the condition of your boat, including the amount of growth present, the status of your zincs, and any potential issues we identify. About the Owner
Rudolph Hopf
As the owner of Houston Hull Cleaners, I bring over 250 hours of in water boat cleaning experience and a deep passion for boating to my role. Growing up in Florida by the water, I developed a love for diving and a keen understanding of the importance of proper vessel maintenance.
My journey in the boating industry began at a hull cleaning company that services most of the west coast of Florida. Inspired by my own experiences and a desire to help others enjoy their time on the water, I founded Houston Hull Cleaners with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
At Houston Hull Cleaners, we believe in providing more than just a cleaning service – we’re dedicated to enhancing your boating experience. Whether you’re a seasoned captain or new to boating, our goal is to ensure that your vessel is in pristine condition and ready for your next adventure.
Outside of working/diving boats, my main job is as a Safety Diver at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab for NASA, assisting in training astronauts. I’m deeply invested in the diving community and would like to work towards becoming a SCUBA instructor. I used to have a good footing in the restaurant industry in Florida as a bartender before getting a job opportunity here in Houston. I enjoy connecting with others, learning new things, and sharing passions. From great food and drinks to diving, the most important thing to me is excellent service and lasting connections.
